FLWD HUMN Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that buying clothing online isn’t always perfect. That’s why we’ve designed a simple, hassle free return and exchange process so you can shop with confidence.

We proudly offer one free return or exchange on eligible orders within Canada.


Returns Made Easy

We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t right, getting started is effortless:

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Email support@flwdhumn.com
  • Include your order number or receipt
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps

No stress. No complications. Just support when you need it.


Return Eligibility (Canada & U.S. Orders)

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipment date
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With tags attached
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Important:
Any item that has been washed or altered will not be accepted.


Free Returns (Canada Only)

  • One free return or exchange per order within Canada
  • Additional returns are subject to an $8 return fee
  • Free return includes prepaid return shipping—no extra cost to you

Holiday Return Policy

For purchases made between December 1 and December 31:

  • Returns are accepted until January 15
  • Eligible for store credit or exchange only
  • Applies to regular-priced items only
  • Items must meet all standard return conditions

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable (unless required by law)

Refunds

  • Processed within 7–14 business days after receiving your return
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded

FLWD HUMN reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in resellable condition.


International Returns

  • Orders shipped outside of Canada and the U.S. are not eligible for free returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged item? We’ve got you.

  • Email support@flwdhumn.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Include:
    • Photos of the defect
    • A brief description

Our team will resolve it quickly.

Note: Removing tags or washing the item voids eligibility for returns or damage claims.
